Uselman did the plumbing at our new house. I called about a possible issue after being in the home 7 months, they came out right away, fixed a couple small things, looked at some other items just to check things out. They clearly care about quality. I definitely recommend. The one item I thought was an issue didn't show anything wrong too so having that peace of mind is a great thing.

They replaced our water heater in August, and we have progressively had problems trying to get hot water anywhere in the house until running water for 3-4 minutes. We called our original plumber from when we built our house, and unfortunately had to pay almost $200 to remove the two flow plugs the Uselman plumbers failed to remove when they installed it. Nice guys, but cost us a repair bill that should have never happened.

I haven’t actually paid Mark for a service yet, but twice he has had a conversation with me about different projects, given me great advice on how to move forward, and said just to call if I got stuck. So helpful! When I need anything beyond what I can figure out, he will hands down be the person I call to do a project.
